NoWash Management is a business management app for managing companies, locations, contacts, opportunities, activities and related business records.
This policy explains which information the app handles, why, and how you can reach us about it. Its last part covers this website.
Information we collect
- Names of users and business contacts
- Email addresses linked to users, companies, locations or contacts
- Phone numbers linked to users or contacts
- Business or location addresses entered in the app
- User IDs used for authentication, account management and access control
We collect this information only as needed to provide the app's business management features.
How we use information
- To sign in authorised users and control their access
- To keep company, location and contact records
- To manage opportunities, activities and related business information
- To sync authorised business data between devices and our cloud infrastructure
- To keep the service secure, intact and running
We do not use personal information from the app for advertising or for tracking across other apps.
Business contact information
The app mainly holds information about companies and professional contacts, entered by authorised users.
Users should only enter information they are allowed to process, and follow the privacy and data protection laws that apply to them.
Business card scanning
- Authorised users can scan a business card with the device camera, or from an existing photo, to pick up contact details.
- The camera or photos are used only when the user starts this feature.
- The user can review and edit the details before saving them as a contact.
Data storage and service providers
The app uses cloud infrastructure and third-party providers for authentication, database storage and synchronisation. These providers may process information on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, change or disclosure. Access is limited to authorised users.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep information as long as it is reasonably needed for its business purpose, within our legal and operational duties.

Children
NoWash Management is a professional business tool. It is not meant for children.
This website
- Contact form: when you write to us, we keep your name, email address, company (if you give it), the topic and your message, to answer you. We send you a short confirmation by email, and our team gets your message.
- Laundry efficiency check: your answers stay on the page. Only if you allow Analytics in the cookie settings are they kept in your browser for up to 90 days (under the name nw_check), so that they are sent with the contact form if you write to us. We keep them with your message.
- Cookies: the site uses the cookies it needs to work and to remember your choice. Anything optional, such as Analytics, runs only if you allow it, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- We do not sell what you send us, and we do not use it for advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
